  • Yes, it’s truly permanent. Even if you cancel your membership, you’ll always remain part of the DB community chat , our way of thanking you for supporting us and growing through the platform. This way we hope to keep designers connected, inspired, and learning from each other at all times.

    This does not include continued access to other benefits like extra briefs, the client board, feedback, member discounts, and all other benefits available through the website.

  • Your membership gives you access to client-mimicking challenges with detailed brand briefs. You can also request for feedback (either simulating a real client's response and/or as constructive design critique) to help you grow as a designer and prepare for real client work.

  • Get access to our exclusive client board, where real brands post design jobs. If a project matches your interest and style, you can apply directly, and potentially land new clients through the platform.

    Sometimes we also match 3 to 5 members with an entrepreneur if they prefer that, picking the designers we think are the best fit for the project.

    We also offer a brief calendar to keep track of all our weekly challenges, the ongoing ones, previous ones, and the ones you get early access to!

  • These are highly detailed briefs designed to simulate real-world client projects. They include in-depth information about the client like, target audience, competitors, and design requirements. If you want to these projects come with constructive or client-style feedback to help you refine your work and learn how to handle real client expectations.

  • The Client Board is an exclusive portal for DB+ members, where clients post job opportunities, from freelance gigs to internships and full-time roles. It’s designed to help you connect with real clients.

    While the board may be quiet at times, we’re always working to bring in new opportunities behind the scenes.

    Not a member?
    You can still get matched. If you’ve submitted work to one of our DesignerBriefs challenges, you’re automatically eligible for our matchup service, where we personally recommend 3-5 designers to clients based on project fit, style, and potential.

    When someone fills out the form to post a job, they get to choose whether their project goes on the Client Board (open to DB+ members) or if they’d prefer a personal shortlist from us.

  • Yes! For members, we aim to regularly share posts that highlight some members and their work, not just through the DB Awards.
    The projects don’t have to be from our briefs or challenges, so feel free to send in your favorites for a feature!

    Note: While we love seeing your work, we can’t guarantee every project will be shared, simply because we’re not able to post everything.

  • Of course! Sharing your process is a great way to get feedback and connect with other designers.

  • Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
